(The brief)

Brands that want their own gift cards, privilege memberships or loyalty programs usually have to combine a card vendor, a loyalty tool, a campaign tool and spreadsheets for merchant settlement. The money side of that setup is the hardest part to get right.

(What we built)

VeraOS combines cards, wallets, offers, merchant redemption and campaigns in one multi-tenant platform, with each tenant's brand on top. A double-entry ledger is the source of truth for every balance and settlement. Kafka-driven microservices keep redemption fast and auditable, and a single customer profile supplies WhatsApp, push, email, SMS and location-based campaigns.

Every rupee moves through a double-entry ledger. Boring on purpose: money software should be.
